Do you deliver?
Yes. Our East Grinstead branch delivers within 4 miles of 22 Railway Approach (RH19 1BP). Up to 3 miles the delivery charge is £2.00, from 3 to 4 miles it is £3.00, and the minimum food spend is £15.00. Hammersmith and Putney are collection-only when you order direct.
Can I order when the shop is closed?
Yes. If your branch is closed you can still place an order and pick a collection or delivery time slot for when we next open.
What is the £0.75 processing fee?
A flat £0.75 fee is added to every online order, whether you pay by card or cash. It helps cover the running costs of online ordering.
How do discount codes work?
Add the code in your basket or at checkout. RF3 gives 30% off collection orders of £30+ at East Grinstead, RC3 gives 30% off collection orders of £30+ at Hammersmith, and RFC30 gives 30% off orders of £30+ at Putney.
How do RFC loyalty points work?
Members earn 1 point for every £1 spent online (delivery and processing fees are not included). Each point is worth 1p and you can put up to £2.00 of points towards any order. Joining is free.
